Birthday Tiramisu for One

Was Dad's birthday ont he 3rd and he's the only one who likes Tiramisu. So i decided to make a simple small tiramisu in a glass for him :]

½ cup - Lukewarm coffee

2 tbsps - Cognac

1 Egg – divide the yolk and whites

Pinch of Salt

3 tbsps – Sugar

5 tbsps – Mascarpone cheese

Pack of Ladyfingers

Chocolate grated

Cocoa

1. Electric mixer – Egg white + Salt + Half of the Sugar.

2. Whisk and place in another bowl.

3. Electric mixer – Egg yolk + Rest of the Sugar (3mins) + Add in the Mascarpone cheese and mix with spatula.

4. Fold in Egg white bowl into the electric bowl, half and then the rest.

5. Mix with spatula.

6. Bottom of glass, around 2 -3 tbsps of the mixture

7. Make a mixture in a flat bowl of the Coffee and Cognac.

8. Place 2 Ladyfingers in for 5 seconds and then break in half and place over the cream.

9. Grate a good layer of Chocolate.

10. Place the remaining amount of cream on top.

11. Finally, right before you serve! Shake Cocoa powder over.

If you do not have Mascarpone cheese, or you do not want to buy it if your just making one cup of Tiramisu.

Then:

4 tsps - Cream cheese

2 tbsps – Whip cream

2 ½ tbsps – Sour cream

Use a spatula and mix together for around 5mins.
